Enquiry and order forms may collect name, phone, email, company, city, state, message, pack interest, and partnership details you choose to submit. We also store lead ID, lead type, source page, creation time, and campaign attribution parameters such as UTM values or click IDs when present.

Contact consent is required so we can reply to your enquiry. Marketing consent is optional and is not assumed from an enquiry alone. You can ask for a copy or deletion by emailing sales@engenplus.com and marking the request as a privacy request.

Leads are stored on our secure server for sales follow-up and may be emailed to sales@engenplus.com, partnership@engenplus.com, or an appointed dealer mailbox when the city falls in an appointed territory. Records are not sold and are not used to invent testimonials or performance claims.

WhatsApp taps are measured as clicks, not as qualified leads. Paid purchase events are recorded only after payment confirmation.
